Default HM Valve Covers

The latest Ford Motorsports catalog page on Holman-Moody parts suggest they have a FE valve cover that says Holman Moody on them like the small block ones on their website. Do they? Has anyone seen them or have pictures of them? Might be kinda cool

Thanks, Chuck

If you go to HolmanMoody.com (I think is the correct address, or google on Holman Moody), you'll find a picture of a "Holman Moody" valve cover under parts, but NOT for an FE. Their FE covers just have variations of "Cobra" cast into them.

Default Yes I've seen the website...

But the ford motorsports catalog listed something different, I was hoping they were something new. I've e-mailed HM to ask, I'll post what they say.

Hi Chuck ,

I checked out your build site and your car is really coming along nice. The body looks nice/straight and real flat, cant wait to see the paint after the clear has been shot. Its funny to see the shade of the color prior to the clear and how it changes dramatically.Did you choose Guardsman blue ??

Default Thanks

That's actually primer / sealer it's just blue. I messed it up too so I'm going to have to reshoot that step. And it's getting cold so I need to rig up some proper heat out there. Wish me luck

Color is Sapphire blue and it looks real nice in the can

Chuck

Default No Answer from H-M

I have to assume the don't exist and it is a typo in fords catalog describing the small block valve covers. They are probably so sick of answering the question they didn't reply.

Bummer,

CDB
