It may be tough to build the engine you want for that price. We usually get around $19 to $20 K for that type of engine. By the time you install a good hydrlic roller cam kit, Shelby aluminum heads,and the good roller rocker system,and all the other top notch parts into that block, they tend to get a little expensive.
