I have 8' of -10 oil line, dual one quart filters and a cooler under the radiator. Total capacity about 3 quarts. I run a blueprinted Melling high volume pump and get 85 psi cold at speed, 75 hot. 50-55 cold at idle 40-45 hot.
A high pressure pump will get you 10-15 psi more across the board.
