Default 105 Mirror units

I bumped into a guy that has a pair of complete 105 engins. What are they worth?

The 105 engines are FT truck engines, and not worth any more then a common 390 fe .

But most of them have webbed mains and will probably take a larger bore than a normal FE block.

Not entirely true. The reverse "105" castings designate a MCC block casting. Could be either FE or FT. Could be a few different displacements also.

Are these 360's, 390's, 361's 391's etc...?? You need to get a little more info.

G.
