I agree with the "FailPro" gaskets. The intake gasket water ports on the Felpros are very subject to gasket creep. High cooling system pressures and a loosely torqued intake manifold are recipies for cooling system disasters.

My money's on an internal coolant system leak, usually intake gasket related with the FE. Retorquing usually fixes squat
