I had similar issues with my stack EFI. No matter what I did, it was never just right. For two years I was constantly messing with it. Couldn't leave the house without the laptop, because I'd need to make changes.

Then I found a tuner that really knows the system. Within a couple of hours on the dyno, it's perfect. Purrs like a kitten around, screams like a banshee on the track. The car is such a pleasure to drive, that I often find myself just wandering around just for the sheer joy of it.

Get your car to a good tuner. Stop messing around.

Unfortunately you are in Canada or I would tell you to take it to Wayne Presley at Very Cool Parts. I would at least contact him via email. If you give him detailed information about your ride, he could sell you a map that is close to fitting what you have, and then work with you to get it perfect.
