As long as the "Victory crown" is a conical hat, I'm good with that.

As you know, there aren't any trophies given out, because all the other kids who don't receive them will be sad and will lower their self-esteem. And we don't want any sad kids with low self-esteem.

Nope, I'm just recognizing your Einstein quote for classing up the joint. :D

It really doesn't matter what you drive or how much chrome shiney stuff it has on it. When I pull into the lot in the GT40 prepare yourself to be invisible. Sorry Kirkum.

Oh well, you're well with in your rights to maintain your ignorance, evidently brings you a level of bliss.

Yes, yes, yes, YOUR spf GT40 replica is THE best car in the world. The only other car that can rival it is a Porsche Carrera GT...

Are you hitting on me? Is it me or my beautiful SPF GT40?

Between the altitude and legalization of marijuana use in CO, Mike probably thinks his GT40 is painted Gulf Heritage colors. But, shhh, don't say anything to him.

What's ironic here is that Porsche-philes don't really give 2 $hits about Cobras for the most part. A few years back, I posted a pic of my Kirkham, got a few nice responses, but in general, Porsche fans feel the same way you do about Porsches.:p

interesting but not true, the most sportscar-dudes understand both worlds and both concepts, back in the 50th and 60th the porsches were the fastest with as-little-as-possible-engines, and the cobras the fastest with the as-big-as-possible-engines,
both concepts were epic successful

Can you kindly reference the post number that you've quoted RK from in your post above?

Have you perhaps taken some liberties in misquoting RK?

Again, hard to justify giving your comments any integrity when your behaviour suggests you lack any. Tsk tsk...

So to the OP, I'd definitely go the GT3 ;)
Imagine having to be forced to park next to another SPF gt40 at a car show or track day only to have to hang out with for folks like this for the day. Dealing with small doses of delusion can be fun but imagine putting up with it for the day :p

Enjoy your day.

Ps. Sorry, Only in your dreams fan boy;)

Yes, he's altered a post of mine, but that's what trolls do. ;)

My SPF GT40 has never been recalled and I don't have any one time use fasteners holding my seatbelt in doh!

I'm asking nicely sir, stop with the bromance. Not interested.

Didn't SPF do some sort of recall based upon Jim Craik's failed shock mount on his SPF GT40? Maybe Mr. Muck can chime in.

You posted on Jim Craik's "failed shock mount" thread back in 2014:

I doubt there are many people getting wildly wealthily off selling a few GT40s. If you want a daily driver that you can expect to be perfect then by a GM. Wait... didn't they just suffer a big recall too :) I did not buy this car for extensive mileage. I bought it because I wanted something as close to the real thing as I could get. Enjoy the cars. Expect to work on them. If that's not your cup of tea then look elsewhere.

I'm glad you feel your SPF isn't the real thing. But now, I'd use your time wisely and get your exhaust started & finished. Otherwise, you better build up that core strength with those sled pulling and pushing exercises. ;)

So I have one guy hitting on my and you stalking me. What's next? A knock on my door? Security!

RodKnock 07-13-2016 10:44 PM

It's not like you're hard to find. You also troll over at GT40s too.

He's too busy fixing his GT40's sloppy construction. His words. And then, there was that failed shock mount he didn't disclose when he said his SPF never had problems or recalls or whatever.

To quote somebody in the news lately, Lyin' Mike. The man who can only push his car at the moment.
