Producer Lucas Foster was on Adam Carolla's podcast today to talk about his new movie "Law Abiding Citizen."

About 15 minutes into the the interview, Lucas Foster mentions that Fox has optioned "Go Like Hell" and that they are working on a feature film. Foster said it would probably take at least five years to put it together and that they're getting a lot of interest from actors like Josh Brolin, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and Daniel Day Lewis.

Hopefully they'll make it...can you imagine the budget that they'll need to do it right?

Fall to your knees and pray that it goes into turnaround, so a real studio can pick it up. Fox has butchered everything they've touched for the last several years. If it hits theaters with a Fox logo, I predict Tom Cruise as Shelby, Jim Carrey as Enzo Ferrari and Miss Boobs-of-the-Week as the pointless love interest.

The cars will all be relegated to the CGI department and use Chrysler starter sounds because they sound so kewwwwwllll. Oh, and since GM will pick up the car sponsorship (on bailout money), the Corvettes will win this time.
