HTM111 - Back to basics and forward with build

Preparing tank for replacement.
HTM111 had a alloy skin, plastic tank with foam through-out.
Making a fresh alloy tank via Craig Coombe which will be alloy baffled and new being the same size as to not create other issues.
Seems like the opportune time.
Now to get dimensions to Craig.

Little frame adjustments, paint then install.

I think the newest wheel application plan will be to do it like they did early on.
Might be fun to see if people notice at car shows.

At least it might be a topic of conversation.
As I dont want to paint Mag I'll just go with the typical oil treatment.

As we measured the tank Craig Coombe and I decided to add a drop rear and the beading like 3002.

Dropping the rear of tank, deeper, will add capacity!
Beading; strength a few baffles to keep the gas somewhat level in use. Also adding a drain plug, may make things easier for long term storage situations.

I like the idea of the miss matched wheels! I would love to be there, when one of the experts tells you that the wheels are wrong! Cheers, Dennis
