You've only seen the finished the product. If you ever saw a Superformance or ERA body fresh out of the mold, you probably crap your pants.
You're right about the quality of the car lies with the builder. I've seen shortcomings in completed (Superformance & ERA) cars as well. That's why I chose to build one myself.

Ehhh, I guess that's a fair statement. Here's a shot of mine before the Connecticut Custom folks worked their magic.

And that has already had alot of work done to it. They don't look like that out of the mold.

Yep, that's obviously been gone over a bit, but it's the earliest pic I have. I don't have any shots of any ERA cars right out of the mold.
