Cobra Make, Engine: Kirkham #473 427 every option, Keithcraft aluminum FE 482 ci. Mass Flo FI. Tremec TKO 600.

A solid two to three weeks

If you have the tools and parts ready to go you could do it quick. I spent more time than I should have because of work travel away from home. You have to have a lift, a welder and hand tools.
