I may be wrong David but, I don't believe Shelby can lay a lawsuit against you, as Shelby did not register the name "Cobra". He's tried to suit other cobra manufactures in the past, and the judge responded (in short) that if he wanted the name to be his own, he should have done it in the 60's. Hammer down !!!
Sometimes I feel he's loosing my respect of these issues. I love Carroll and what he has done for American racing and American muscle cars, from the past and present but, you know what Carroll,...... Get Over It !
I will back you anytime David, you do have my respect & more.
