Thanks for the kudos and yes, we will all miss Scott. He was a great example. Yes, Scott did a lot of sorting and tuning on this car and literally finished up some of the final touches shortly before he passed away. I know he was messing with some trick oil coolers that really didn't work and ended up going back to the Kirkham set up. I also know he had a guy named Aggi (I think that is his name) who is here in SoCal and is an absolute guru with funky weber setups and spent quite a bit of time fine tuning this car.
I drove it from Dana Point to Costa Mesa on Saturday and it was simply a joy to drive. I've had the opportunity of driving several of these cars and this one is one of the best. Very driveable with great power. The throttle response it fantastic.
Thanks again and if you know the right person for this car, me and Scott's family would be very appreciative.
