I really do fail to see where Ned Scudder wronged you. I read your story here, and the entry in the SAAC Cobra Registry, and I don't see any glaring errors or omissions. What is it exactly that you think Ned did to you?

If you don't submit your information to the Registrar, it likely does not get included in the Registry. I notice you have not submitted your information on your 2005 Ford GT to the SAAC Registrar (that's ME). Did you
submit any information on your 4000 Series to Kevin Rogers?

regards,

Jeff Burgy

Harsh title... frankly need more of an explanation or it will be deleted.

Further, three identical posts smacks of spam... not a good first set of posts here.
(I purged the one in AC Cobra forum as just misplaced.)

Awaiting your reply...

So let me get this straight.......you're mad at Ned and feel you have been "screwed" because he has not tracked you down, asked you to have coffee while he documents the story on how you and your concrete saved 3301 from certain oblivion and how you then perfectly restored it, complete with stripes it never had in " '97 Viper blue".

You say you are a car guy, yet, you traded for, dumped money into, turned around and sold for a profit in the space of 7 years, one of the most iconic cars of our time. Sounds like more of a business man's move then a "car guy".

That does not make you a bad guy(actually shows that you are pretty smart),but at the same time, I don't believe that type of ownership warrants Ned having to give you your own chapter in the registry.

The story is cool and interesting, but I am afraid Ned did not "screw" you in any way, shape, or form.

Just my opinion.

Default Csx3301

It is difficult to take someone who does not have the intelligence to use spell checker seriously.

Default Csx3301

I know that Ned had most of this info at the time it was needed because Bill Andrews spoke to him and gave him some of the story. I also remember writing Ned and giving him some info and told him to call me he never did. If you look at all the stories about CSX3301 it does say that I owned it at one time but that's it. It doe's not tell that fact that I owned the car for 6 years and drove it all the time. After being the one to restore it to it's present day condition and after spending a ton of money it should say a lot more than I owned it at one time. Maybe to most people I'm being picky but the car was the highest selling street car when I sold It and it's because of what I did with Carroll and what I spent with Billy,HRE to make that happen
Sorry Ned just my opintion

Not sure I understand, you had Carroll sign something off the car?

Yes he signed the glove box door while it was on the car when he left I unscrewed it from the car and had him sign the rest of it.

And you think that really adds to the cars providence?

Honestly?

Big deal. Shelby would sign anything if you gave him money. You think your car is worth more? Or what?

I don't know Ned Scudder, but he has a good reputation. Beyond saying you were "screwed" by him, I haven't a clue what the specific problem is.

Do you?

This thread should be dumped.
