Another "birther" suing over Obama's birth certificate? Ridiculous. Hawaii State Law does not allow the State to release the original certificate of Live Birth. So the issue is: Can Federal Law over ride State Law in this case and FORCE the State of Hawaii to produce the document.

Can a State or Federal agency FORCE you to provide a DNA sample? Yes, depending on the circumstances, they may have to go to court to secure it. Why don't you just willingly give it up when they ask? Because there are principles involved, ethics involved, why should you just "give it up"?

Same principle applies here. There is more than sufficient data, testimony, legal paperwork, etc. to establish the FACT that Obama was born in Hawaii. Producing yet another "certified" copy of live birth will NOT stop the "birthers" anyway. That's the very nature of conspiracy theorists, no matter what logic you apply, they cling so tightly to their belief's they will not be satisified, no matter what proof may be offered.

This case will be dismissed at some point, and the "birthers" will argue foul, period. They will be crying "foul" for the next 100 years, regardless of paper work, legal filings, rulings or opinions. Even if it came from the Supreme Court itself!
