Who said that I was disputing what he said? I was simply saying that while he was very well spoken, he didn't present any facts. I know nothing about his credentials so I am asking what this is all about. Can you add something that backs up his position?
Edit to correct grammar.

Awareness in global policy making trumps an engineer's fact questioning any day of the week.
What did you expect him to suck on to get that horse to drink? For those to lazy to to it themselves. The treaty and basis for the ideas presented can be found on this website.....

Is he wrong? We'll find out soon enough. If you want to debate any thread, at least come with SOME research rather than emotional feelings of skepticism.
Even OJ feels he's innocent.

OK, he has good creds. That doesn't prove his case. Not that I think he is wrong, but like the others, I'd like more than opinions. Al Gore, former VP of USA, a fairly good cred. won a Nobel for a movie that was filled with very loose interpretations of questionable 'facts' and in some cases, pure bullsh!t. Also we have BHO, President of the US, also a pretty good cred., and he lies constantly about everything [or he is flat WRONG about everything], so much for good credentials! These dangerous times of 'convenient speak' liberals that will make any claim to achieve their ludicrous goals, we need hard, provable facts, boring as they may be. It is no help for a conservative to blather back at the liberals.

False fears....no sweat. Another make-believe boogie-man.
Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957), is a landmark case in which the United States Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution supersedes international treaties ratified by the United States Senate.
Others as well over the years.

OK, he has great credentials but I still don't understand his logic of how an international global warming treaty will lead to communists taking over the world and then some how making this treaty supersede the US Constitution. I just don't follow that line of thought.

Wayne,
It's all about whipping the hysterical sheep into a frenzy, and convincing them that they need 'protection' from yet another threat. Politics as usual.

OH thats right and Al Gore's sheep were led into calm pastures, with his Inconvenient Sludge, and everyone needs to stop using the phrase, "the sky is falling" because Gore copyrighted it for his sci-fi movie.

Like liberals think changing the Constitution is a big deal? Their life goal is to change the most sensible document written into a Utopian fantasized rag.

Forget your glasses again, Dan?
I said that precedent has shown that the Constitution stands, without jeopardy from subsequent treaties.
