When I was doing my time in Korea I visited several of the Asian countries and islands and it takes a while to adjust to their names and pronunciations. At least it did for me. I missed Vietnam by about 8 hours as I was at the airport in Seoul waiting for the plane to fly me down there when they found another person in the states with my clearances and specialties. I did not want to go there as that would have been a forced extension of my 3 years to 5 years.
