Yeah Steve, those are nice, unfortunately I am using the Ford Racing Short Water Pump set up and the only brackets that will work are the 94/95 5.0 Mustang, which are scarce...looks like I'll be making my own.............
|
ok I guess I missed the short waterpump earlier.
|
well it's only 5:40 on a SATURDAY! now who's up before me..... I could call Ron and wake him up, if I only had his number.... :D
Dallas groups' meet this morning. gotta go! oh, and I polished the other two wheels, and vacuumed out the carpet. Never did get around to painting pipes. Too hot, and will do it some other time. I'll leave and come back before my kids are even up. Hey, Ron. I hope you make it to the big social today, and you're feeling ok! Kristen tru. 'get to work!'   |
It's like 8:00 am on the button.
Probably stop by later. |
Kristen,
Up 45 minutes before you. Just feeding may little dogs and getting things ready to go over to the Cobra Barbecue today. I haven't slept past 4:30 for 20 years. The older you get the less sleep you need and in another year I won't need any. :D Hey, tell Steve what you use to polish your wheels. He was asking about something for his truck wheels some time back. Tru, Hope that you get a lot accomplished today. I won't be leaving for about 3 hours, but Rick Parker is driving up from Modesdo and said he would be here around 8 o'clock and we will meet, have breakfast and do a little sight seeing before going to Jays. I think once this day is over and I have the car cleaned up again I am going to get rid of it. Just to many other things going on and I can't drive them much any more. Sad in a way but nothing like I had expected to feel. And still nothing is set in stone. :) Ron  |
Kristen I was up at 3:15 couldn't sleep
Where were you? I came back at 6:10 and all was sleeping in here. |
Steve,
After all of your glowing reports on Oregon everyone is busy looking at it. You should have about 10,000 people moving with you.  Ron :D |
it is a beautiful place indeed.
You looking as well? |
Good morning all, just stopped by for a moment.....off to get bolts and minor parts so I can work on the Cobra today.....
Ron, hope you enjoy your outing....the sleep thing must be a cycle...I use to be able to get by on a few hours...now I need 7 or 8...so you tell me when I get older I'll be able to get by on a few again..... K, enjoy your meeting and have a good day.... Tru, don't work today, play....... Steve, no problem...it is a pain though looking for only 2 years of brackets.... All have a good day...will ck in later............... |
I have to go out and mow the grass before it gets too hot.
|
wow, no posts for nearly 48 hours...
what's up?? Everybody have a hard weekend???
Nobody has made a post since Saturday morning! guess Steve got that grass mowed.... guess i made it to the meet..... guess ron made it to the social..... I scrapbooked a bit yesterday. Almost thru with Peter's one year old book! yea!!! (remember he'll be 15 in Dec. ugh!) included a pic from meet on saturday. my car was 'across the way', in a spot in front of the restaurant. watching the sun come up thru the clouds was soooo nice. Loretta made it down, and her son followed us to the meet. she had a nice time, and took tons of pics. maybe it will encourage her husband to finish finish finish! more later. hope everyone has a really nice monday. Yea I got the grass mowed and The flowers beds cleaned out. I had sprayed the yard for grasshoppers last week and had to clean off the porches and walks. Carrie and I worked in the yard all day long. It was not real hot as we had a heavy overcast and in fact goy a touch of rain in the afternoon. It was a great day.
Spent Sunday morning in chruch and the afternoon at Mother in laws haveing a birthday oarty for my two year old niece. Kind of a lazy day. I really enjoyed the day off. Brent, Was it you that were asking about a pick up for a strat. I spoke to my brother in law and he said hands down the very best was a "Seymor-Duncan". They have a lot to choose from for different sounds but they had no equal. He couldn't say enough about the quality of their products. Ron, How was the show/social? Back to work on the web site. I'll be back. |
Ron, are we talking the Torino????
What do you want for it? You might as well offer it to someone who will appreciate it for what it is. |
alright, Ron, where are you??
you know we always worry about you if you're not the first to post in the morning!
It's monday..... get up and get posting! :D :D |
I heard they made Kristen park on the other side of the parking lot because of the lettering on her tires.:3DSMILE:
|
That's funny Fred
Or maybe it was because the pipes needed to be repainted. |
I think Ron is out with Rick.
|
Steve, it was I. S-D are a decent price too. Kind of what I was leaning towards. Thanks.

I am just out. Got to hot Saturday and have been sick since then. Also have a clutch to get replaced. I have had them go out before but never like this.
Kristen, DON'T MESS WITH GRANDMA An elderly Florida lady did her shopping and upon returning to her car, found four males in the act of leaving with her vehicle. She dropped her shopping bags and drew her handgun, proceeding to scream at the top of her voice, "I have a gun, and I know how to use it! Get out of the car!" The four men didn't wait for a second invitation. They got out and ran like mad. The lady, somewhat shaken, then proceeded to load her shopping bags into the back of the car and got into the driver's seat. She was so shaken that she could not get her key into the ignition. She tried and tried, and then it dawned on her why. A few minutes later, she found her own car parked four or five spaces farther down. She loaded her bags into the car and drove to the police station. The sergeant to whom she told the story couldn't stop laughing. He pointed to the other end of the counter, where four pale men were reporting a car jacking by a mad, elderly woman described as white, less than five feet tall, glasses, curly white hair, and carrying a large handgun. No charges were filed. If you're going to have a Senior Moment, make it a memorable one! Ron :) |
over 40,000 views, and almost 300 pages!! Wow!!!
Ron, what's the horror story with the clutch??? Made it home safely, or just home??? Sorry the heat was soooo bad. We are having torrential storms. A bit of hail. I had 4 girls at the Galleria Mall, ice skating, birthday gift shopping, then made a quick stop at the grocery store on the way home. While in the store, heard the rain, thunder, etc., and man when we came out, we got soaked! Look like a wet rat. :( gotta go. K meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner! :) |
