How in the wide world of sports can this thread make it to 45 so fast?? By the time I finish typing, it'll be 46.
Clay, okay, I'll change the shirt to blue. And it ain't steelin if there's a sign that says "free for parts" on it  An Inch of the white stuff fell last night. Guess I won't be hanging out in the barn today. UT, I have to wonder what you have going on there with all these young girls. Are any of them kin? Did anyone notice Rick hasn't been by with a comment? I know he reads this thread. Rick stand up and take a bow! So, as I read the other posts, I kept thinking, "Wow, I wish I could speak whale." |
Kristen,
I just always use the New Reply button at the bottom of the last post. Seems to work as well as the post reply lower down and you have many options to mess up. :JEKYLHYDE Why do you ony invite Easterners to come to your dinner?? After all we allow Texans in this state, though most of them have left. Couldn't parallel park their horses in the city. :D I think for a fun trip I will go to Roswell and have dinner with the survivors of the 1947 crash. Heck, I may even meet a couple of my relatives there.  Ron :) %/ |
Ron, I believe somebody (tru?) made it a cc open invitiation. Of course, if you jumped on a plane, and headed this way, just for today, you'd be THE GUEST OF HONOR!! I have an extra "place" set (just in case).
Trularin, I believe UT is running what is called a "brothel" or "house". He's their, uh, keeper. just kidding, just kidding. gotta go! |
Kristen,
Try to get a plane out of here on the day you want to leave. :( We just have two a day I think it is unless they convinced the one that goes to Chico to come by here. I could driveto Sacramento, which is what most do, but with the Christmas rush already under way, even getting a flight there would be difficult. And they won't allow cary on luggage over 85 pounds. ;) Ron http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung...tannenbaum.gif Please note that I took the liberty of finishing your tree for you. The Cobras weighed to much and kept falling off.  |
600TH
:D600TH POST!:D
|
That, my friend, is amazing! How do you do that???
Very impressive, to me, at least!! Thank you SO MUCH for finishing the tree, yours looks much "funner" than mine. (although my little cobra girls finished it last night- mine might look funnier ;) ) |
Kristen,
Mike is gaining on your post count. :) Mike the posts with just the . don't count. :) Ron :D http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung...smiley-045.gif Kristen, How about this for travel? You have a PM. Ron %/ |

I'm afraid Mike might pass me today, as he just has to be a kid today, and I have to be a mom, wife, maid, hostess, maid again..... :( Got the pm, thanks, and at some point in the next eon I will have fun going to the sites. Thank you!! :3Dsmile: (that was for you, Mike, right off the sheet with the smilies on it :) ) |

|
Ron, do you make those yourself?
Kristen, dont try to fight it, you will only sink faster and faster:LOL: |
Mike,
The only one that I have made and used is my avatar of me in my car. And I had to have a girl back Easy help me with that. I couldn't get the car to look smooth and she does that stuff with the same animation program I have all the time. Has a huge web-site that has rooms that you go into and all kinds of things. I have trouble just geting a regular picture to work, let alone animations. My boat going across the lake looked as if it created a tidal wave. My biggest problem with the animations is I just don't have the patience required to sit and move each thing a tiny bit and then see how it looks and do it all again. Also I still don't understand her explamation of making invisible wheels and then putting them on the car. Try this site for the stuff I use. www.clicksmilies.com Also www.animationshop.com has some good stuff but not a lot of it is free. Ron :) |
Irony-
A month ago I paid one of my Horses at work $10 to help me detail Gunrack. I don't like crouching down much, knees are shot, eyesight is... lacking. Last week we had the Christmas parade. Yesterday at work I mentioned that today was supposed to be pretty and reasonably warm, and that Gunrack was filthy from the parade. My boss informed me this morning that there was a 3-way fight at work after I left, two Horses and Bosslady (my avatar). Bosslady won, sort of. She compromised by working herself and the two Horses split-shifts today, so I will have three young lions spit-shining Gunrack this afternoon in my driveway. Where all their friends can see them, of course. It's gonna be a long afternoon, but y'all know I'm gonna love every minute of it. I truly love the young people I work with. Old age and treachery will beat youth and enthusiasm every time. UT |
UT,
You need a Kwik Lift ramp. When my car is on it I can sit on a roll about stool and do all of the low stuff and then stand up to get to everything but the center of the hood and trunk. I have to stand on the ramps to reach them easily. Also makes working under the car a dream. I put outdoor carpet under there over the tiles so I can sleep during the Summer when I get tired of working. The ramps are high enough that I can just about sit up under them but I use a creeper most of the time. :) Ron %/ |
would you post a pic of the kwik lift ramps, please?? I've been looking for something like that. Are they easy for one person to use? How high up do you raise the car? Where do you get them, do you have a link?? Questions, questions, and I'm afraid on a topic!
Kristen |
Kristen, try to keep this off topic:LOL:
|
Kristen,
I will go out after while and take a picture of the car on the ramps. Web site is www.kwicklift.com I think. I got one of the first sets they sold and since then several people that don't have room in their garage for a lift have gotten them. They are about 19 or 20 inches in height and you can change the width easily for different cars. Use a floor jack in the front to lift them after you put the car on them and the front legs fold down and lock. They can also be easily laid flat in the floor if you want or taken apart and moved aside. The front lift bar is some what heavy. Casaleenie has a set and he likes them. Darn it we have to be careful with this two posts on topic stuff. Ron :3DSMILE: %/ |
Hey Tru,
Just like Christmas here today.  |
Kristen,
I found a picture in my gallery that shows the front of the ramps and you can see how high they are. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...24Test-med.jpg Ron %/ |
