Earl,

Just how much do you have left to do on your Cobra? If you have a lot of the little time consuming stuff done already, a build party could pretty much get you going in a weekend. I think I posted earlier about the one they had out here and it worked out great. Best of luck.

Hi Ron, I have a "long" way to go but a build party sure coud not hurt. It would help getting some things done. Right now I have only a short block and tranny installed in my frame. I hope, with the build party, to get brake lines finished, heads and intake mounted, and a few other little odds and ends accomplished.
Thanks, Earl

Earl,

You will be surprised at what can be accomplished in a day with four or five guys who know what they are doing. I don't
know anything and I helped a friend for a day with his and just the two of us got the suspension and all the chassis work done and we never really worked that hard. Of course he has been mad at me ever since the rear end fell out. Just Kidding!

Earl, I can assure you that im not spending time with HER.

Yes, I have been busy with school work. We have a Romeo and Juliet thingamobober to do. She (my english teacher) says Ill love poetry whenever we're done with it. Yea right, that'll never happen. Shop teacher wants me to join the FFA so I can enter the engine building contest they have..., I try to post during my keyboarding class, but for some reason I can't get my post in. That class is sooooooooooooo friggin boring that it aint funny no more.

Kristen, what happened to the tools you were supposted to send my way? Get me an Ingersol Rand air ratchet, a 1/2 impact wrench (air,) air drill, 3/8 heavy duty air ratchet, 3/8 angle drill, 1,201 piece mechanics tool set, the Craftsman Professional 56 inch wide tool box combo and we'll call it even. Oh and I want the tool box painted to match my nonexistent Cobra.

Is that your mountain range, that is where Shasta Lake and dam are located?

It can't be his range, Mt. Rainer is in the background, I think.

Mike & Kristen,

Actually that is the Hell's acre area of Mt. Lassen which is our active volcano 60 Miles East of here. There are areas of boiling mud and a huge area of sulpheric steam that comes up all the time. They have built walk ways where you can walk through some of the sulpher works area and it stinks so bad you wouldn't believe it. You try to avoid the steam. Every year it seems a few idiots have to show off and get off the walk ways and that is the end of them. There is just a light crust over most of that area and they walk a few steps and break through right into the boiling water and mud and some lava. The same with the mud pots. They are nothing but boiling mud that bubbles and burps and it is instant death to fall into them. Mt. Shasta which is about the same distance North of me is considered active, but you hardly ever see any steam from it.

Hey! This is a car club forum! There should be NO poems spouted in text without reference to cobras cars or great looking women.

The boys won 5 -0 over USA in round two. They play Redford on Sat.

Kristen, I have thought about your tool situation and may I suggest you look for someone who is getting out of the business or an Ebay sale of Snap On tools ( an entire collection ).

It's just a thought.

Tru,

Great news about the boys winning. That really makes the refs look bad for that first game. Hope they continue all the way.

There are no great looking cars around here, only Mike and Kristen are poetic, and I don't have a wide angle camera lens to take any pictures of the women here. Does that mean I can't post any more?

Good idea for Kristen's tool collection, but if she would just send me one of her credit cards I would be happy to take care of it for her. Heck, I woud have them shipped right to her house. All 4 truck loads.

In case you can't tell form my previous posting, I'm sitting here at work, "bored out of my skull". It is so "FROGGY" we can not launch any planes and looks like as soon as the fog lifts the bad weather will roll in and we will still be cancelling flights. I have checked all my e-mails, forums, ebay auctions, etc., etc., twice or more, played mahjong, surfed the net, and now here I am. Wish I was home working on my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Time is dragggggggggggggggggggggggggggggging on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Earl,

Exciting days like this really make working a joy don't they.

I am surprised that Kristen hasn't hit Mike up to come help her with the scrap booking. Boy, am I glad that I don't have all that technical stuff to do. I put what pictures that I want in the albums as soon as I print them. The rest go on CD or DVD. It is called orginization Kristen.

Ron, I think you should post all you want.

Kris?? She has reduced her name to a shortened version. Ahh...something new.

Mike must be in school.
