No the carb isn't back. Just used an old one that is to small but since I wasn't going to be driving fast it was ok. The wreck is back on the ramps now with the carb off. I won't get mine until after the first of the year now with all the holiday stuff slowing things down.

Didn't anyone ever tell you that it is un-americian to use the directions to assemble something? Those are only included for a panic, last resort type action.   If you really have trouble getting it together, have one of the kids do it. I have a 5 year old open some of my child-proof medicine bottles when I can't get them open.
