I don't know anyone personally who lives in Cresent City, but most of my friends that haven't moved to other states still go over there for their vacations as they like to fish. And they have a big car show over in that area every year. Lots of nice cars from Oregon.
Looking at the map, I figure it will happen this way. Everything West of the mountain range will break off and sink. That will leave the mountains as the coast line. Since they are heavy, they will soon break off and then I will be close to having beach front propety. We just have one major fault here and it is about 15 miles from me. I think they have a minor quake about 2 times a day from it and one of 3 or better about once a year. But once all the dead weight West of here is gone, it should relieve any pressure on that fault. Now if we can just convince the two volcanoes to stay quiet, I should be in good shape.
