Well I may find out today if that cleared the 5500 RPM limiter as I am thinking about driving it again. Got to watch those old tires as they are the ones that came on it in February 1969. Still look good and no cracks as I have treated them over the years, but they are old and I don't trust them at very high speeds, and certainly not for any period of time.
On the other hand I may go back to bed and see if I can recover from a severe nerve attack last night that has left me weak and hardly able to move without staggering. I just feel so tired that I can't hardly move. And tomorrow my best friend goes in for prostate surgery as they found some cancer in his. So I am trying to help him and his wife as much as I can as she is worried and he is scared to death as he has never been sick in his life more than just a cold of the flu. I tried to cheer him up by telling him that almost 5% of the people that have that surgery actually survive. :) Ron :( |

How did your friend with the prostate cancer do with his surgery? Hope all went well. I went the radiation seed route 3 years ago and just had my anniversery check up. psa was .08 - good news for me.:) |

Congratulations on your doing so well. Jack has his surgery this morning and having never been in a hospital or sick in his whole life he is scared. I keep telling him that at least one out of five survive the surgery and he just won't listen. :LOL: They will keep him in there over the weekend and if everything goes well he can come home Monday but he is going to have a 4 to 9 week recovery period according to the doctor. I am sure he will drive Mary crazy as he is not used to laying around and taking it easy. Ron |
Good morning ya'll. Got up to 90°F yesterday. It was hot. Finally got my computer working correctly without having to re-install Windows and all other software. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Bill Gates! :p :p

I took up sky diving for a season and gave it up.
Too expensive and too risky, but then again, I was 21 at the time. :D |
Skydiving risky - nah.:LOL: I started 38 years ago (while in the Army)
and, weather permitting, should pass the 12,000 jump mark this weekend. Then I think I'll ease off a bit. |
