I was 20 in 1971, and paid $1,100 for a 1966 with 30k miles on it. I sold it when I was 27 to get back together with the little lady, BAD MOVE! I can't afford the cost of one now, but I can afford a kit, and a couple year build to finish a sweet Replica of a Cobra. It had the 260 with 164 HP. IT OUT RAN AN AWFUL LOT OF CARS. I can only imagine my pants catching on fire when I double that horse power in a kit. Not to mention the big grin on my face.
