That and similar ones have been going around almost since the announcement that the stimulus package was approved. The really sad thing is that any people who fall for this crap will be the older people who aren't familiar with this kind of stuff. My friend in Ohio sent me a copy of one that she received some time ago and it was almost identical to this one.
