Banks are shutting their mortgage departments down, I know of three subdivisions (lots only) that will be on the auction block soon and many local sub-contractors are looking for work. Fella's, it's going to get bad next year. I'm not a fatalist by any means but, it's gonna happen. Hope you guys are prepared.
We probably won't need an immigration bill, they'll be heading home on their own...

100% effective fence!
and so far, 100% efficient!
There are actually 4 wire fences in this picture. The short one, right in front of the car. The two tall fences topped with razor wire on the other side of the guntower. And one in between those two, carrying 15,000 volt's!
It's the one in the middle that does all the damage! I think a few solar panels down along the border should be pretty self-sufficient.
We have yet to loose one thru an electric fence. Can you say 0% illegal immigration!
Fill the guntowers with all of those returning Vet's!

Is that a border fence?
BTW, have you all noted in the media about the folks coming down from Canada for medical care? The one story that sticks out in recent memory is of a couple pregnant with quintuplets. Some place like Dakota or Idaho? Ok its Montana:

Seems very few if any Americans are streaming north to Canada except for goverment subsidized prescription meds. Oh, and thank the Canuck tax payers for that. Gotta be happy about that one!

It could be!
It's a prison fence, at Folsom Prison!
I work there. We like to think of it as a 'gated community'!
Pretty secure parking, don't you think?

You see, I would not be opposed to a "charged" fence for the border (both of them). But such a fence would only be charged for entry, not exit. I might make an exception for Canada. There are some good folks up there trapped in a silly socialist system that could only add to our country in a positive way. But I still prefer legal immigration. So what the heck, apply the voltage regardless. But, in this country, that would not pass muster because of literacy issues. Seems some folks do not understand international symbols of danger.
BTW, I used to love Canada back in the days of Reagan and Mulroony (sp? sorry). There was a time when Canada believed it shared common goals of democracy and security. But the ivory tower builders won out. But I do hold out hope on this. If only would could clone Reagan, Mulroony, and Thatcher.
