haven't had a chance to call BWC today, and interestingly enough i didn't get email notification about ya'll's replies, and just happened to check now....
I got an email from "Dwayne's Photo" and this is what it said:

gulp!! rockymountain says to expect 6-12 months for processing! wow! (they do it on volume, as needed!) wow! (what's another year, though, after 40????
