Well, if people wanna ask car jocks questions like this, I believe an appropriate detection method is in order. No sense wasting $$ on a doctor visit, huh?

If you notice "Guy", I specifically asked for medical opinions from doctors. You know, that's why the thread is called, "Any gastro docs in here?"
I was fortunate enough to get some good responses from fellow forum members that have went through the same thing. I wasn't wanting a prognosis over the internet, I was just wanting some more info that a fellow "car jock" doctor might lend out.

if you're going to do both ends, do them in the correct order.

Brent,
No advise. I have been fortunate enough to not have to go through that, but I just wanted to wish you luck and hope everything goes well.

Why so dam sensitive? Is there any indication I am being serious?

So, did ya gear up? Buy the parts? Here's a photo I took of my own internals using said gear.

I may not feel good, but I can still laugh....
I went to the doctor today. He scheduled an endoscopy, although he's booked up for about 3 weeks. He did give me some new medicine to try out until then.

Take the codiene! Take it!
BTW, WTF do these late night advertisers think they are fooling? Herbal remedies for colon "cleanses". Some "doctors" speculate that some individuals have up to 25 pounds of "waste" stuck to their colons like "spackling". Have ya seen the before and after pictures? Looks like someone pooted a dead snake.

I have seen that. Several months back, I was watching a reality show about UFC guys. Before a weigh-in, if they needed to drop a couple pounds, they'd go for a colon cleansing.

I just had this test done last Wednesday. They found that my lower esophagus was inflammed, but no major problems.
I was on Prilosec for 3 months and it took away all the symptoms, but then it stopped working.
I'm now on Aciphex and it seems to be doing ok.
