So, please let me understand this, you pay $750.00 per year and they service every dang thing you got from Sears in your house?

This sounds incredible. I haven't heard of this, but it makes sense.

I agree Circuit City needs to go under, they have bad customer service and treat people poorly. Best buy is not much better.

I think it is good that we have a forum we can come to and discuss our experiences to help others avoid our mistakes.
