pc picked up a bug/how to get rid of it

one of my pc's picked up some kind of infection. when i do a search the results are all some kind of shopping stuff with a header of what i was looking for. i've tried avg, adaware, spybot, malwarebytes' and can't get rid of it.

i'm not too computer literate so if anyone has any remedies i'd appreciate it.

i talked to the neighbor who is computer savy and he said he has one he is fighting also.

i can run scans using all the above and the search will work once, on the second search it is back.
