Redding Political Mess

I saw in the paper yesterday where a woman they had arrested sometime back on prostitution charges has filed to have her trial moved from Redding due to a biased DA, Police Dept., and City Council. According to her all of them were her clients including our church going D.A., who issued the warrant to start with and sent in an undercover agent 3 times. He is now screaming that he didn't even know where her place of business was and she is slandering his good reputation.This from the same D.A. who can't decide if charges should be filed against two different people who have ran over five different people in a crosswalk while the crossing light was green and one of the drivers ran a red light, and the other make a turn on red without looking. Obama had better grab this guy quick for a high level position as he is obviously a liar and stupid. If I were the D.A. and had used her serviced I would sure as the devil not have had her arrested. The Police Dept. and City Council members have No Comment until they have time to investigate. Guess they can't remember which ones were there. She hasn't done any damage to the city and especially not compared to what those people have done the past couple of years. I can't wait to see what comes out of this.

A vice cop once told me that little thing that those ladies have should be called "winch"--" 'cause it can pull a man further than gunpowder can blow him"

Right now like all good politicians and people caught with their hand in the jar, they are hiding behind the No Comment statement. Except the D.A.who is screaming to High Heaven that he is completely innocent and is going to sue that woman for slander. That alone proved that she wouldn't get a fair trial here with him prosecuting her. With all the murders, rapes,and break ins we are having, not to mention the drug problems it seems to me like they could use what man power they have for better things than busting a couple of women for prostitution. Funny how what used to be a major crime seems to not matter much any more.

Bush hired the liars and the stupid...Obama is going for the tax cheats and the stupid. You need to check this guys tax returns (twice!) to see if he is qualified to work in both administrations.

From the way his remarks sounded he would be well suited to work for both Bush and Obama. Kind of like the Clinton I never had sex with that woman, then well yes I did but I have never lied about it. He couldn't have said no and then yes and not have lied one time. I have wondered about this D.A.for sometime from what I read about his seeming reluctance to do anything unless it involves one of the local politicians family.

Oh - you didn't originally mention the Clinton administration...He will need a sex change and 50 pounds to qualify for a 'position'.

Federal, state, county, local city, etc. Government people at their best.

Its amazing how 99% of elected officials make the other 1% look bad.

I think our other 1% quit long ago and left. They got tired of fighting the dopers and arresting them just to see them back at work making meth and selling pot before they got the paper work finished. I can only remember one dope case this D.A. has prosecuted and that was a high profile one that couldn't be covered up due to the fact it involved a former Sheriff's son. We seem to get the worst of the LEOs up here to start with which doesn't help any either. Transfers from other areas where they had problems and such.
