I know all about back problems. Been suffering since I got back from Iraq over a year ago. Looks like I might beconsidered a Disabled Vet. I can't do sh!t and today it hurts like hell. I told my wife that yours was doing house cleaning without a top and she said she must not be over 40. Besides I used left hand on even days and right on odd days. Keeps them happy that way.
