A two part story here . On a business trip to one of our Divisions in Lyons , I went to the men`s room during a break . Wondered why several of my fellow employees were grinning . Went in and there was a woman cleaning the men`s room ... had to really go , so used the urinal while she was standing beside it cleaning the floor ... which was an experience . Then went to wash my hands and looked for the soap dispenser . The soap was about 8 to 10 inches long and about 2 inches in diameter and on a rod that was at a 45 degree angle over the sink . Seems you were supposed to grab the soap with one hand and ... well you get the picture . Went back to the room and my buddies were mimicking the "movement" as I sat down .

Somebody has a perverted sense of humor, perhaps the cleaning lady who sticks around to observe reactions. And her cameraman.

Actually that sounds kind of practical as far as bar soap goes. It would, of course, stay hard, as opposed to a bar just laying there getting soft. Just as long as it doesn't dispense anything.

Wes

P.S.
Thanks a lot, Fred, for pointing out the taters and gravy resemblance. Now I too, will have this vision.

In the Oktoberfest "tents" in Munich they had 3 'rooms' Men's, Ladies, [each with an entry fee] and the pisser. The Men's and the Ladies were private. The pisser was just a double wide open doorway with a screen a few feet inside. It was only troughs attached to the walls of a long narrow room. Guys went into drain some bier, and VERY often their lady friends would accompany them. He would stand there relieving himself and they would be conversing about, who knows what!
Besides the coed nature of the place was the fact that all the guys had been drinking bier for hours. Not just drinking bier, but munching on large white salted radishes. Meaning it was often EXPLOSIVE in there. The were occasional impromptu farting contests in several languages! The pisser could hold a hundred or more guys and were always full. Surprising they didn't have their own weather in there!

Wes .... it would of course stay hard etc ...... I`m not touching that line with a 10 foot pole ( or soap ) .
Dan 40 .... forgot all about the radishes . I was at a local fair in August in Lohr am Main and the combination of liters of beer , radishes and pork were disastrous the next morning !

I love it when celebrities fly around in their private jets then tell us dull normals how we have to do this or that for a better environment. Cheryl Crow can use one sheet of toilet paper if she wants, I will contiue to use as much as I think is necessary to do the job.

What do people think happens when we clear cut some land? Do they think "that's it, the trees are gone forever"? Do they not realize that in 20 or 25 years there will be another crop of trees there almost ready to be harvested again? Trees are a renewable resource except when the forest is burned down to make more room for cows, houses, or parking lots.

I'm betting you mean Lyons, France and Not Lyons, Colorado (where I live). Although I think the public restroom in Lyons (CO) Sandstone Park might be so managed
