New member from Elk Grove with my factory five
I thought I would register here to meet some fellow cobra owners. I recently finished my build and have been thinking about participating in some of the events. My neighbor who is a huge mustang guy suggested that I attend the mustang and cobra show at elk grove ford tomorrow October 1st. Is anybody planning on attending? I just didn't feel like being the only person there with a cobra, err fauxbra. 
Anyway, here are some pics and I hope to meet up with some of you guys.

Check out what's happening with the NorCal Cobras in the Forum section. We are going to meet in Ione at Castle Oaks Golf Course on the 15th of October. Hope you can make it.

Thanks Bob, I had planned on taking the drive until I found out my father was flying in on the 15th... He would have loved to come as well, but his flight arrives at 11am! Argh

People will arrive around 10 and then shoot the breeze for a while and finally wander in to breakfast about 10:45 or so. If your dad is flying into Sacramento at 11, it would be dicey if folks were still around by the time you could get from N. Sac. to Ione.
Keep in touch and we will meet again the third Saturday in November... at a location to be decided later.

Thanks Brian, I noticed your build over on the other forum and I really admire your craftsmanship. If you dont mind me asking, where did you get your alignment done?
I would love to attend the next breakfast, will there be one next week or were you refering to the Ione run on the 15th?

Welcome and congratulations on completion of the new build. We don't get to hear much any more about people completing Cobras over the past few years, so its always fun to see something new and different and to meet new folks.
You know...there is a whole pack of guys over your way in Elk Grove who come to our NorCal breakfast meetups but also do some get-togethers on their own as well. I bet a few will be at our Oct 15th breakfast in Ione if you want to come check it out. Duane

Morgan- Welcome to the Elk Grove FFR gang. As Brian said there are 5 or 6 of us in town. IF Brian didn't get back to you, the alignment shop we both used is Elk Grove Tire and Brake. Thanks for letting me know about the alignment shop. What specs did you use if you don't mind me asking? My tapemeasure and level alignment has me in the neighborhood and the car tracks straight, but before I hit the 500 mile mark I would like a pro to set me up. Do you remember what it cost?
