Pretty easy to do it yourself. Just remove the screws from the mounts, lay flat and remove the screws holding the frame together. Carefully remove the frame by using a putty knife between the glass and the gasket (do not try to remove the gasket from the frame unless it does it by itself! The frame is easy to bend so be careful. Get a new gasket and apply to the windshield, and use a slight amount of lubricant to make it easy for the frame to slide over the gasket. A rubber mallet can be a big help to get things started but once it starts it'll go pretty easily.
When removing screws be sure to mark put the screw back in the hold they came from and do not overtighten. If the screw can penetrate the gasket and touch the glass then it will break again.
Mine took about 45 minutes to do the swap. An extra set of hands to hold things steady is a help.
