Sounds like another "toy" I have to try ..... I have two carbs with annular boosters. One is a highly modified Holley 850 4150 with full size annulars and the other is BLP billet carb with their mini annulars . Been having some hesitation issues with both carbs from low rpm cruise while on the transition circuit only . Going up in squirter size hasn`t helped much .
I normally like to see the squirters in the 31 to 37 range on P/S .
I`m not sure I understand the comment about going from downleg boosters to annulars since the boosters come into play ( on my engine ) until 2700 rpm up and if I understand what these are , they work on the accelerator pump circuit and the squirters .
Just remembered that I also have access to a Pro Systems 950 HP with downleg boosters I can also try these on .
Man , I hate it when someone comes up with something else for me to play with .

VERY loose analogy, just meant better atomization of the fuel: plates will shear the Accel pump streams and create more of a spray as the annulars do...do understand that we're talking completely differant circuits...
