Yep, that's the place. I called and got an automated response - according to the message, they are opened Tuesdays through Saturdays. Something opens at 3pm, but the restaurant opens at 5pm.

I'll call again on Tuesday and try to speak to a human!

OK - Just got off the phone with Liz. Wendell's is OPEN on Saturday the 20th! The bar opens at 3pm, and the restaurant opens at 5pm.

So, back to getting a head count for dinner... The dinner bell is ringing - let's see who is coming for dinner!
