Thanks Bob
Like I said we are just wanting to get to that area. If it is up or down the coastline then that is Ok with us.

We certainly want on the caost side and not the eastern side or the central area.

If we end up in a different town that would not kill us. I would like to know where may be a better, or even les expensive area is it would be ok, as well. We just spent some time in Cannon Beach. We did notice that everything seemed to be a bit more expensive there though. But what would you expect from a town that smainly is a tourist area.

If we did get in a tourist area we would probably NOT reopen our construction business in Oregon. We have been doing it for twenty years and are ready to slow it down or even stop it. I have checked into the license and insurance and our insurance would transfer no problem and the license is "basically" the same as it is here for us. But none the less I really don't want to do that anymore. Some kids broke into a 5,500 Sqft house here and burned it to the ground. Our total loss was $2.5MM (yes million) so we are really not looking to do that again. (long Story)......

Yes we saw some really neat areas along the coastline and would love to move to the "area" if it was further north or south would not matter. It would be cool to already know someone from there before we moved, as now we know no one. The NWCC is a great start for sure. OUr business is portable so we could just do the internet business and close the construction business down and slow down all together. We are in our young forties and started this business in our very early twenties, so it is time to slow down. At least as far as that business goes. Iy simply is not worth the risk.

BOB:
If you are in the construction business I admire your stamina. If I have learned anything in the last twenty years about that business I will tell you now. PLease, get out your builders risk policy and read it. It may take you two days to do it but it could save you millions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if not Cannon Beach what town would you move to?
