Scott,
I know that I am dumb, but how would a good set of after market tires cause more green house emissions? That really does sound like something one of our idiots here would come up with. And if Oregon is like here, you can't get original parts after about 5 years at most it seems. And think of the loss of jobs and more unemployment if all states do that.
