In all seriousness, I know nothing about business law. Frank and an attorney buddy are handling this matter.
I, like you, will be interested to see just how we can leverage this to the benefit of the members. I do know that part of the intent was to help protect us personally from liability. I would think that we would include any one that is involved. We do need to be sure that no one is opened to needless risk.
It may be called the Ohio Cobra Club but will actually be a corporation. I don't know how that plays into this.
Do we have an attorney in the house?
