There is a case that is in two parts-the front part that surrounds the face of the clock, and the back. They are held together with tabs that can be bent to separate the two. The front part is to be chromed.

I tried to up load the photo too but couldn't. Thanks for the link.

I think the case on the clock is metal, not plastic. I actually have a line on
one, just don't have it yet.

The Galaxie clock is stamped steel that is zinc plated.
