Starter button questions

Production cars used normal ignition key activated starter, Lucas switches early and Ford for CSX2201 and up. I am not well versed on early cars but CSX2201 and later rack and pinion street cars have a cream white white plastic push button for the windshield washer pump sourced from a 1956 Linclon Premier. Ford used the design later than a Cobra again in Broncos but with a black plastic button.

In the turn signal lever sourced from the VW family of switch designs (but not made by the manufacturers associated with VW production vehicles).
