You are correct, the "Double Hump" was originally sourced from Fairlane 289 Hipo application (as was the engine) in chrome and painted. Also carried over to some FE's in painted form. Rare Bird. The Flat Top one as far as I know was a Mustang piece, used in absence of the other.
It was part of an engine dress up pkg. Chrome Valve covers & Air Filter assy.
