I would say NO and the guy told me rubbish.

After looking some great videos from MOSS on Youtube and googling I think (hope) I fund the issue!
I need to adjust the field relay on the regulator to stop closing the contact immediately after the battery is connected to the alternator. It needs only to close after the alternator is running and producing power!
I found a value of > 6V measured on the S contact of the regulator. (But I hope someone can confirm this Volt value)

The manual is on the way!
Now I need to wait some weeks and after that I'll know the Volt value the Field Relay has to be set.
