If I were you, I would cut off the angled radiator bottom section and weld on an equivalent square bottom section.
This has several benefits;
- It eliminates unnecessary excessiveness,
- It may simultaneously improve your Period Correct Index score,
- It eliminates the need to coordinate the angle of layback on the Radiator with the angle of the bottom section.
It would be difficult to substantively improve upon these outcomes.
