another idea .............
I too am NOT putting on the rear caps on the Trigos.
I would bet they left them off of the comp cars because
they threw them off the pin drive when they accelerated.
Don't like the idea of a 100 mile an hour projectile at the
back end of an aluminum car or during a race at speed.
Just my guess.
Best,
wicked fast

I just took my rears off. Now my car looks more like a Real Shelby CSX 4000 Cobra.

Brent,
Funny now that you mention it, I took mine off about three years ago and just could not get myself to put them back on. Agreed, looks way better to me with no caps at all.

Not Cobra related but:
In the 60's it was a common practice for Porsche dealers to replace the spare Fuchs alloy ($$) with a steel wheel and every 4th car created a set of wheels to be sold in the parts dept OR individually as a spare......go figure!

Ah ha....I wondered what those other ports were for on the oil pan.
Any ideas where I can get an original style oil puke tank?
Thanks!

Most of the Cobra resto places should sell them. You might be able to buy one from Kirkham as well, since they put them on their cars.
