Looks like RI is getting their act together with help from SEMA. They are just a few signatures away from passing a fair 'replica car' registration bill. Once the RI bill is signed into law maybe CT will see the bright light shining near their eastern border and join the party. Someone over on the FFR website just posted a full explanation of what transpired in RI. Worth a look.
