No new frame and even if I got one if it's welded like the current one, I don't think it's safe to use:

Wow this guy has no talent in the welding department, I cannot believe any body would allow this out of there shop.
Sorry you have been trapped in this nightmare.
Hope you get your build on track, I am also looking into building a 427 car so looking forward to more details.
