Does anyone know where to get print of rear uprights to draw into cad im trying to use 2002 mustang irs
To mill out uprights that can use mustang bearings and brakes

For what its worth, below is the "lineage" of the origin of many Cobra bodies that I have uncovered in my research.

Kirkham 427 = CSX3104
Hi-Tech Motorsports = CSX3190 (fiberglass bodies), CSX3002 (aluminum bodies)
E.R.A. 427 = CSX3252
E.R.A. 289 = CSX2345
Contemporary Classic Motor Car Company (aka CCX) = CSX3045
Superformance = According to Superformance.org, the original Superformance molds were made off a Contemporary Classic Motor Car Company (CCX) kit. Jim Price of Hi-Tech Automotive (not to be confused with Hi-Tech Motorsports) measured the Contemporary Classic Motor Car Company body (which was based off CSX3045) and found differences from side to side, which is not uncommon for a hand-built, British vehicle. Jim “corrected” these discrepancies and this became the basis of the Superformance body. So, Superformance is also based off CSX3045 in a second-hand fashion.
Factory Five Racing (FFR) Mark IV: combination of CSX3042 & CSX3035 (Dick Smith’s #198).

I was told the same by Jim. I owned the very car in 2002 years after it had been used to copy it. (CCX 3080)

In my opinion, unless anyone can scan all these bodies and prove dimensionally the correctness of originality, then everyone's comments are an opinion, not based on any facts.
Therefore build the shape you like best, no one can judge it to be correct or incorrect, but it's what you want.
Understanding how these bodies where made originally by hammering and wheeling, even off the same buck, 2 different craftsmen would make them slightly different anyway and both sides where never perfectly symmetrical or even parts from one car would not fit another, so there is a lot of scope for "the correct shape"

In my experience looking at CSX Cobras and replicars sitting next to each other or unless the differences are standout obvious most all would never know which is an original. The minute few that could are always on the prowl like I would be.

For me despite all the opinion we read here has no bearing on what my car means to me as do so many others on this forum, which is what it should be. Call it Pride of Ownership I know that is a universal feeling.
