Made up a few more panels over the last couple of days, finished the lower rear bulkhead panels.
Installed the radiator so I could start on the panels in the nose of the car. |

After making the panels around the radiator, I was able to finish up the nose panels, then move onto the panels for the oil cooler shroud.
This is about it for alloy work forward of the rad.:) |
convert edrw to CAD
Nice spare wheel insert (trunk floor)!
I had my laser cut people digitise one of my fibre parts years ago and it came out quite well, including the rivet holes and bend/fold lines. Unfortunately I only have the SolidWorks file left (the CAD is lost) and can't make the part anymore.. I tried to upload, but the file format is not supported. Anybody who wants it, drop me a PM. I hope somebody can convert it back to a CAD. It's not 100% refined yet. If I remeber correctly I need to add some clearance along the bends. |

Craig
You are a master......😎 Comment, on original cars the alloy under door hinge is two peice. Allows the hinge pin to fit through bottom. You have the angle to be able to insert? Just an FYI before installing. Jeff |

good point, just not there yet, as you point out there needs to be a cut made to make clearance for the door hinge bolt to be installed and removal. I like to make the floor board in one part then cut, I just find it a little easier to hold and fold everything. Here is a picture of the cut that needs to be made, this is the floor board from one of our other 427 cars. |

Awesome. |
